One Skill Retake Extra Services

• To apply Additional TRFs, Test Day Transfer or Test cancel, please provide the original registration no. and OSR registration no. to the customer service email box.

• Test day transfer- the application must be sent out 5 days before OSR test day.

• You can only transfer the same booking once.

• Cancellation application must be sent out 14 days before the OSR test day.

• 25% of OSR registration fee will be handling charge for transfer or cancel.

• * If the transferred test day is over 60 days after original test day, transfer will be treated as a cancellation.
  * We will not accept if the transfer application sends out before 5 days of OSR test day.
