The TRF will be issued in the candidate's name as it appears on the identity document used at registration. If you find that your personal details (name, birth date, nationality, first language, etc.) are incorrect on the TRF, please contact Examinations Services of the British Council to request amendment. If you change personal detail after receiving TRF, It will not be changed on the TRF.

Please ask Post office to issue written lost document certificate and provide to Examinations ervices of the British Council . We will issue replacement TRFs to candidates after verifying the situation.
The IELTS test result is valid for 2 years after the test date and we will not provide extra TRF sending service beyond the period of validity.
Sending electronic TRFs are free. There are mailing fees for sending paper extra TRFs.
The 5 free sending extra TRFs cannot be reimbursed in cash, used to pay other fees, or transferred to other test dates.
