Enquiry on Results

If you wish to have your scores remarked, please apply for the EOR service. The IELTS testing process has the highest quality control procedures and the EOR service is designed to ensure candidate performance has been accurately assessed.

1. EOR applications must be made within six weeks of the test date. Candidates should make sure that the application form, payment and the original TRF arrive at British Council Taipei office before this deadline.
2. EOR fee is NT$4,000 irrespective of whether a full or a partial re-mark of test results is requested.

1. You can request a remark within 6 weeks of the IELTS test date on your Test Report Form. To ensure your request is processed on time, you must submit the application form, payment, and the original Test Report Form to the British Council Taipei office before the deadline.

4. Once an EOR application has been successfully submitted, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please review your application carefully before the submission.
5. Late EOR applications will not be processed. Submit your application before the deadline to ensure it's considered.
6. We are unable to provide results via phone, fax, or email.

1. The complete set of materials is submitted to UK to process re-mark. Different modules of the same candidates' EOR application will be marked by different EOR markers to ensure an accurate assessment takes place.
2. Your result can become available on the same day as your application and up to 21 days after your application.
3. Candidates are notified of the EOR results via a formal EOR Feedback Letter after the re-marking process is finished.
4. We are not able to provide you with the results over the phone or by fax and email.

There are 3 possible outcomes of an EOR re-marking. Test scores are either increased, decreased or remain the same. Once an EOR remarking has been completed, the decision on the scores is final. There will be no further appeal on the results and we will not enter into any further correspondence on the matter.

If scores are increased after EOR:

1. We will issue a new TRF and an EOR Feedback Letter to the candidate.
2. A full refund of the re-mark fee will be issued to the candidate.

If scores remain unchanged or are decreased after EOR:

1. We will return the original TRF and issue an EOR Feedback Letter to the candidate.

Candidates are notified of the EOR results via a formal EOR Feedback Letter after the re-marking process is finished, British Council would not take any service for the same EOR result.

During the period of remarking, candidates’ test results are frozen, and cannot be used to apply for university or sent to an immigration office. Any extra TRF applications lodged during this period will be regarded as invalid and no extra TRFs will be issued.

Applicant could use credit card(Visa, Master, and JCB) to pay your EOR fee.
